Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached—like the pristine quality you first experienced when opening your package.
Note on Final Sale Items: Our carefully curated capsule wardrobe pieces marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged, similar to how our artisans can’t rework limited-edition fabrics once cut.

1. Initiate Your Return

- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return (helps us improve our boho-chic collections)
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
2. Package Your Items
Once approved, securely package your return with:
- All original tags attached (like the care labels in our premium fabrics)
- The original packaging if possible
- A copy of your packing slip or return approval email
3. Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service—while we can’t cover return shipping costs, we’ll handle your package with the same care as our premium denim jackets.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
